Welcome to Skin Ethos:

By booking services or using this site, as well as our booking site, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, through text, or in person. 

  • We kindly request 12 hours notice for cancellations for rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations (under 12 hours) may result in a 20% service fee.

  • No-shows will automatically be charged for 20% of the service.

  • Not paying your no-show or late cancel fees may result in not being able to book.

Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive about 5 minutes before your appointment time to allow for time to check in, use the restroom, or find parking.

  • Arriving more than 5 minutes late to your wax appointment or 10 minutes late to your facial appointment may shorten your service time, or may result in cancellation, depending on the service.

Payments

  •  We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, mobile payments, and cash.

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of appointment.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. (I will always give you email notice, signing up for email is recommended.)

Refund Policy

  • All service sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services.

  • Skincare product returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition, for store credit only.

  • Any charge backs will result in an automatic ban from booking.

Health and Safety

  • Please inform your esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your service.

  • Skin Ethos reserves the right to refuse service if it is determined unsafe to proceed based on your health information.

Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

  • Information collected through booking forms and client intake forms is used solely to provide services and communicate with you.

  • All content on this website is the property of Skin Ethos.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.

Liability Disclaimer

  • By booking a service, you acknowledge that Skin Ethos is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse reactions that may result from treatments

Changes to Terms

  • Skin Ethos reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
